The Inclusive Airport
Student Work Spring 2023

The Inclusive Airport is a collaboration between myself and Caitlin Scheib to make the Chicago O’Hare International Airport more accessible for everyone. With a focus on helping those with Audio Processing issues, unaccompanied minors, and people with visual impairment , we created multiple touchpoints that should remove tension.

Deliverables: Signage/wayfinding, bright wristband with flight information, extra help desk, AR Navigation, Personalized Screens, Phone linking to Airport Announcement with subtitles and ASL Interpretation
